Dear recipient,

The City University of New York (CUNY) is conducting a survey to understand the impact of a Wireless Emergency Alert text message sent to New York City-Tri State (NY, NJ, CT) area residents in September 2016. You are being asked to participate in this research because you are a Tri-State area resident. If you agree to participate, we will ask you to complete a brief 5-minute survey. The information you provide is anonymous and confidential. Your participation in this research is voluntary.
